Keller Meats has custom processing capabilities, giving you the opportunity to request choice cuts and bulk meats that are delicious and budget-friendly. Please contact us to schedule harvesting in advance, and to discuss the details of your order. We’ll be glad to explain cuts and packaging options, and to coordinate processing and pickup around your schedule.

We welcome custom processing orders spanning a variety of meats. You can buy direct from Keller Meats or have your own livestock processed through our Litchfield facility, where custom processing takes place.
